Beautiful Perfume

I love Beautiful Perfume by Estee Lauder.

It’s a floral and is described as "the fragrance of a thousand flowers".

I don’t find it too sweet or sickly though. I find the woody, citrus base keeps it under control.

The main scent is of a crisp citrus, with the flowers – violets, lilies, roses, lilacs, marigold, and orange blossoms – on a base of sandalwood, cedarwood, vetiver and vanilla.

One of my friends wears it all the time, but it never smells like it does when I wear it. It seems to be able to change with the body chemistry of each person. This suits me fine, because I call it my signature scent and I don’t want to share that with anyone else!!

I’d call this a day time scent. It makes me think of walking through a summertime garden, bright, fresh and alive. I’m not a bride, but I can see the appeal.

Beautiful Perfume would definitely make a romantic gift for a woman. Think about it, Guys! Probably best suited to younger women, say under 40, if you’re buying this a gift for a wife or girlfriend.

Always buy the Eau de Parfum. It may be more expensive, but the scent wears better and lasts better.
